Eoin King is a preeminent expert in environmental acoustics, specializing in strategic noise mapping and action planning. He holds a BAI in Mechanical Engineering (2003), a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics (2006), and a Ph.D. (2008).
Eoin's illustrious career includes positions on the European Commission's Noise Expert Group and the Board of the Institute of Noise Control. As the Managing Editor of Noise/New International, he has contributed to over 70 peer-reviewed academic journal publications. Eoin served on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Noise Control Engineering of the USA (INCE-USA) from 2017 to 2021, during which time he demonstrated his expertise by developing strategic noise maps for approximately 4,000 km of major roads in Ireland in accordance with Phase II of EU Directive 2002/49/EC.
In addition to his extensive professional accomplishments, Eoin held the prestigious role of Technical Chair of NOISE-CON 2016, further solidifying his reputation as a leading authority in the field of environmental acoustics.

Enda Murphy
Enda Murphy is a distinguished Professor at the School of Architecture, Planning, & Environmental Policy and a renowned advisor to the European Commission on noise policy. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, he holds a B.A. in Natural Science (2002), a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics (2004), and a Ph.D. in Transportation Planning (2005).
As Vice-Principal for Graduate Studies at University College Dublin, Enda leads numerous initiatives, including the Noise Health project (https://www.noise-health.com). His commitment to environmental sustainability is evident in his role as a member of the Environmental Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) team.
With a prolific academic career, Enda has authored over 100 publications, including peer-reviewed journal articles, international conference papers, and book chapters. His expertise and dedication to research have solidified his position as a leading authority in noise policy and environmental planning.

Hasan Hasoun is a distinguished Ph.D. candidate in the field of acoustics at École des Ponts ParisTech, France, where he focuses on controlling low-frequency harmonic noise. With over 5,000 Helium Network installations in Lebanon under his belt, Hasan boasts more than two years of experience in Web 3.0 projects.
Graduating with distinction, Hasan earned his B.S. degree in 2016 and M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2018. He began his Ph.D. journey in Mechanical Engineering at the end of 2018 at École des Ponts ParisTech, Navier Laboratory, France. Hasan's extensive industrial and academic expertise spans across acoustics, automotive NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), noise and vibration source identification, noise and vibration control, modal analysis, and vibro-acoustic signal analysis. His dedication to research and innovation makes him a vital figure in the field of acoustics.

Charlie Mydlarz is a distinguished Research Assistant Professor at New York State University (NYU) with a 16-year track record in acoustics and engineering. As an expert in crowd-sourced noise monitoring and urban IoT development, he has significantly contributed to enhancing the understanding of acoustic environments and urban conditions.
During his doctoral work, Charlie orchestrated a large-scale crowd-sourced citizen science project called "Sounds Around You," utilizing consumer mobile devices and web technologies to collect valuable data. As the lead developer of SONYC (Sounds of New York City), he has further demonstrated his passion for leveraging technology to address pressing environmental concerns.
